Question 1 - C. I. Norris's store was for decades located in the Odd Fellows Building, southwest of the square.
Question 2 - Nemechec Brothers were in the building now housing the Argus Museum -- on the south side of the square, southeast corner. They operated between about 1905 and 1911.
Question 3 - That is in what is now known as Pope's store. It's in the Opera House building, north side of the stairs up to the Opera House.
Question 4 - This is the State Bank of Table Rock, circa 1893 when its new building was built. The bank was founded in 1885 by Brevet General David Remick, a Union Civil War veteran. This is another detail of the same picture as above.
Question 5 - This is part of the building now occupied by Laun Dental.
Question 6 - This circa 1880s picture is of the building now occupied by Table Rock Electric, on the south side of the square, adjacent to the Argus Museum.
Question 7 - the "Upper Bar," the middle store front of the "Marble Block." Arvid Blecha took this photo on January 17, 1942 -- from the top of the water tower.
Question 8 -- It's the Argus Museum building again, southeast corner of the Square. This is when it was Johnny's Cafe, circa late 1940's-1950s
