Delores Penkava, daughter of Bruce McCourtney and granddaughter of Charlie McCourtney identifies this picture as having been taken on Taylor Creek, upstream from where the Highway 4 bridge is now. The house with the peak may be the Sitzman home place, which was configured like that in the old days. Photo 62, undated.
