It was Saturday afternoon, October 12, 2019, and it was the 80th birthday of Lavon (Larry) Blecha. The Bouncing Czechs led the celebration. Playing that day at the Table Rock Theater:
Bob Blecha, founder of the band, and member of the Sokol Polka Hall of Fame - accordion & vocals
Gregg Blecha, Bob's son -- brass, vocals
Donna Svanda - drums
Bob Stepanek - member of the Sokol Polka Hall of Fame -- bass horn
As is often the case, the band was augmented by a bunch of friends playing on and off through the party:
Larry Blecha himself - accordion
Doug Blecha - son of Bob Blecha and Donna Svanda
"Table Rock Bob" Blecha - cousin of Bob Blecha & original member of the band -- accordion & vocals
Trey Blecha -- accordion
Adam Blecha (Larry & Elaine Blecha's son) - bass horn
Larry & Randy Skarka -- brothers who play with the Czechlanders, both playing trumpet
Jan Lhotak - trumpet -- plays with Mark Vydihal of Fremont
Deb Polacek - sax - plays with Milligan Brass Band and also with the Accordionettes
