the CRAZY postcards of table rock photographer archer king
Archer King was noted for his novelty postcards, most of which he seems to have done in 1908-1909. He was a man of energy who always looked forward to the next project. He built three cars, ran movie theaters, built his own home, and took many serious photographs as well.
King did several versions of some of his postcards, using different tints and processing techniques. The best version (with the editor as judge) has been selected here.
